Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

After receipt of your order and payment, your order will be prepared for shipment as soon as possible. All orders are shipped from Belgium. All deliveries will be carried out by BPost, DPD or PostNL on behalf of Fabbe Sport. You can also choose the free pick-up option, then you can pick up the ordered production yourself when it suits you. The products that are available and in stock on the Fabbe Sport Webshop are immediately available unless otherwise stated. If an item is not in stock after your order, you will be notified by email. You can choose to wait until the product is back in stock, request a refund or choose an alternative product/gift voucher of the same value.

What is the delivery time?

  • Belgium:
    • For non-personalized items the following applies: a delivery time of 1 to 3 working days. Ordered before 3pm (PostNL, Bpost), they will be sent the same day.
    • Personalized products have a delivery time of 2 to 12 business days. Please note that these are not exchangeable after ordering!
  • The Netherlands:
    • The following applies to non-personalized items: a delivery time of 2 to 6 working days.
    • Personalized products have a delivery time of 2 to 12 business days. Please note that these are not exchangeable after ordering!
  • Germany, France & Luxembourg:
    • The following applies to non-personalized items: a delivery time of 2 to 10 working days.
    • Personalized products have a delivery time of 4 to 15 business days. Please note that these are not exchangeable after ordering!
  • Spain, Portugal, Italy & Denmark:
    • The following applies to non-personalized items: a delivery time of 3 to 15 working days.
    • Personalized products have a delivery time of 5 to 20 business days. Please note that these are not exchangeable after ordering!

Important! Personalized or printed items cannot be returned or exchanged.

What are the shipping costs?

For each shipment within Belgium, €5.25 shipping costs will be charged, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Denmark from €6. For orders with a value higher than €75 and one delivery address in Belgium, no shipping costs will be charged. For the Netherlands, the value of the order is higher than €75, for Germany, France, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Denmark, the value of the order is higher than €100 and one delivery address. This does not apply to orders that have to be shipped to other foreign countries.

For other foreign shipments (max. 5 kg) the transport cost depends on the country of destination. To know the exact cost, you can find it in your shopping cart when you indicate the selected country or you can contact info@fabbesport.be .

Return my order

You can indeed do this without any problem! As a private consumer, you have a period of 14 days after receipt of the goods in which you can cancel your purchase. This period of 14 days is calculated from the home delivery of the goods. To do this, we ask you to follow the following procedures:

  1. You can register the return at fabbesport.sendmyparcel.me/returns/create
    • This can be done up to 14 days after receipt of the goods, which is the same as the 14-day cancellation period.
    • You can return your package yourself via a reliable supplier or we will attach the return stamp, the return costs are €5.25 for Belgium. For the Netherlands and other European countries, we will contact you for the price of the return costs after filling in the form.
    • Returns are automatically registered in the system, reducing the chance of errors.

  2. Please use the contact form or this document for this.
    • This method guarantees the same good service as the method above, but you are responsible for the costs of the transport label yourself.
    • Be sure to include this, together with the delivery note, with your return.

If our products do not meet your requirements, you can report this and return it. As compensation, you can choose from other products worth the product value of your original order, a gift voucher or a refund. This right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers.

Please note that personalized or printed items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Conditions:

  • unused
  • undamaged
  • the label is still attached to the clothing or product

If the return shipment meets the above conditions, Fabbe Sport will refund the returned order without delay in accordance with the law. However, Fabbe Sport reserves the right to claim compensation if it is clear that the handling of the goods went beyond what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods as a consumer, as a result of which the returned article is no longer suitable for sale. You will be informed as a consumer by email of:

  • a summary of the damage, supported by photographs
  • the amount of compensation
  • the period and method of payment of this compensation

What if you enter your shipping address incorrectly?

If there are any errors in the shipping address, please communicate this promptly so that we do not have to charge additional costs.

If the package has already been created, additional shipping costs may be charged via a new order, then pay for the shipping costs –> Resend package.

Cancellation of order minus the shipping costs already incurred by us.

Administrative cost of €5.95 for investigating the problem.

Refund of order amount minus costs will be made within 14 days.

What if you go on holiday and the delivery is arriving.

If you are going on holiday a few days after your order, please let us know and state that you only want your package delivered from a certain date

If we know a different delivery date, we will also take this into account.

If this is not reported to us and the package remains with the post office/DPD/PostNL for 7 to 20 days and is not collected, the package will automatically be returned to the sender.

When the package arrives back to sender, there are two options

Cancellation of the order, amount will be refunded, except for the shipping costs, because it was not reported to deliver at another time due to holidays

Return the package, with new shipping costs paid by the customer.

We are not responsible for packages not being collected due to holidays.
