AC Milan

The football club AC Milan, also called rossoneri , red blacks, was founded in 1899 by English emigrants; the red cross in the club logo is a reminder of this. Two years later, AC Milan won its first title. Seven years later, part of the club left and founded Internazionale Milano. That explains why the Milan derby is still a clash between arch-rivals. The Northern Italian club has achieved plenty of success over the past 110 years, winning the European Cup several times and finishing at the top of the Serie A as the best in Italy.
